few things about what we gonna do in the next time in the class
Lines plan, i have done a little bit about this.
it is almost same with what i have done before on the card board
i have drawn lines on this, when i do this, and i used battens and ducks to draw lines here
i use ducks to hold battens when i draw curves on this, but it is important that i have to check if the line is fair or not
, when doing this, i checked many times. when it is not fair, i must doubt the point which i did, because of it must have correct line and fair when it is put on correct points
How is it Harrison?Good to see your blog on this. The lines plan you are drawing here is for a round bilge yacht. Remember the hull shape has no chine. What was is it like drawing with splines? How did you find using the duck weights?Did you look along the batten to see if it was fair before drawing in the line? What type of pencil are you using?Remember that you may need to have a Flexicurve to draw in the body plan.

How is it ?The photo 0563 is from some discussions we had in class. Can you remember why I drew in the stick man? What is he showing you?Did you remember the height of the building stock (bed)? Why is this important? Can you name the parts of the temporary frame?
I'm sure that you can answer most of these questions, if not then who else can you ask to find the answer?
Cheers
